What's new
Ported the Gastly line from [Cobblemon Remodels](https://modrinth.com/datapack/cobble-remodels) by [Gesteyy](https://modrinth.com/user/Gesteyy), which have:
- Fix the animations to make it smootly looking.
- Fix Potrait, Profile, Hitbox, Size, Fly and Sleep animations for Gastly, Haunter, Gengar (and Victini too!)
- remove the texture bug from Gengar.
