Tag and Recipe fix for Create: Buffers and Beams Overhauled!

Datapack that fixes the missing tag for coloured grills.

Without this the recipes for coloured grills break.

This was a problem in version 1.1 of Create: Buffers and Beams Overhauled!

I expect this to be fixed by the author in the next version.
