Stony Shores : Tectonic / Geophilic compat fix

A fix for stony cliff generations when both Tectonic and Geophilic are installed.
This lightweight datapack for Forge 1.20.1 does two things :
1) When both Tectonic and Geophilic are installed, Geophilic doesn't change the generation of the Stony Shores biomes. You can now enjoy the majestic stony cliffs of Tectonic without the weirdness brought by Geophilic.
2) Stony shores are now a snow-less, temperate biome.
