Starcatcher Delight Compatibility Fix

A small datapack that improves compatibility between Starcatcher Delight and Farmer's Delight.

By default, some vanilla fish (such as salmon and cod) are included in Starcatcher's fish tags, causing Farmer's Delight cutting recipes to be overridden. This datapack introduces a dedicated tag for Starcatcher Delight recipes that excludes vanilla fish while preserving support for all current and future Starcatcher fish.
