Stamina replaces hunger: sprinting and jumping tire you out, food heals instantly, and you get graves, effect timers, a compass and clock HUD, and tools that break instead of vanishing.

Stamina in place of hunger, effect timers on the right, and the time while you hold a clock
Food heals on the spot and restores stamina, and every food's name shows exactly what it gives
Die, and your items and XP rest here; only you can open it
Worn-out tools break instead of vanishing, and can be repaired
A recovery compass marks nearby mobs: hostile, friendly and passive
