Fixed bug that kept output book's max stack size at 16 after running an enchanted book through a grindstone
Removed powder snow bucket from 16 stack tag list, since for some reason placing powder snow from stacked buckets replaces the entire stack with one empty bucket (seems to be a bug in the game, see MC-279773). Will re-add if this gets fixed
