Spell Enchants Expanded - Fix for the RPG Enchants

This Datapack makes more Armors be able to use Sunfire, Energize and soulfrost. This mostly works for magister, herald and some archer armors found in prominence II

This Datapack adds spell enchant compat to all archer armors from Archers Expansion, to all Magister and gleaming sets from Spellblades n such and herald armor from the same mod, as the tags do not work in the current version of Spell Engine
