Slower Progression System

This datapack significantly slows progression so that your friends won't have full diamond 30 minutes after the server starts. It requires players to fully complete the tool and armorsets of previous tiers before moving on to the next one. Another detail is the new Eye of Ender recipe, now requiring inhredients from opposite corners of the minecraft world. This datapack will likely extend the 2 week minecraft phase as it takes longer to max out the game.
