[SBW] is_projectile Compatibility

SBW damage types are tagged under is_projecitle. Slightly fixes projectile protection against them

Description

Adds damage types from Superb warfare to minecraft:is_projectile tag which makes them get affected by Projectile Protection.
SUPERB WARFARE MOSTLY IGNORES PROJECTILE PROTECTION

This datapack can work outside of 1.20.1 but i haven't tested that
Keep in mind that SBW ignores half of projectile protection due to them handling damage in their own way

Comment to [TaCZ] is_projectile Compatibility if you found gun mods that i haven't covered
Feel free to modify the datapack with your own damage types if i dont respond
