Adds a few QoL features regarding the user experience
- New "Smart Assembly" mode for wrenches, allowing users to easily construct vehicles!
- Controls are now shown while driving vehicles
- Better UX for various components.
- Vehicles can now be dissasembled and alligned by simply clicking the wrench.
