Roma: Weapons & QoL Changes

This data pack is nothing more than a personal project I am using to add in my own interests and to further learn more about the data pack creation scene. 

Adds in multiple new weapon types, ranging in quality from copper to netherite. As well as a new craftable music disc, banner patterns, and new paintings. Many more of which will be added over time.

Requires the Roma Resource Pack to function properly.
