Realistic Stairs' Recipes

Inspired by GarretTheCarrot's short. Makes all stairs' recipes take only 3 items instead of 6, the logic behind it is: you can just cut 1/4 of 3 blocks to make 3 stairs and use the cut parts to make another one.
