Recipe for the Eye

Description

This Datapack changes the crafting recipe of the Eye of Ender to drastically improve and legthen Minecrafts progression. Now, instead of simply going to the Nether, grabbing pearls and blaze rods, then crafting the eye, you instead need to travel far and wide to craft them. The items required to craft it can be found below, all Wiki links are provided, just click on the underlined names.

You can also craft with a Wet Sponge, Netherite Scrap, Netherite Ingot, Sculk Catalyst, and any form of Pottery Shard.

Complete Recipe, items and methods of obtaining found below \/

Torch Flower -

To gather Torch Flowers, you must first dive into the Ocean and search among different Ocean Ruins to find a Sniffer Egg. After placing the egg and hatching the Sniffer, it will soon begin searching around and digging the ground up for seeds. Once it digs up some Torch Flower Seeds, plant them on farmland and wait for them to grow. Then you can grab the Torch Flower.

You may have to kill the three mini bosses inside known as the Elder Guardians in order to obtain them, as they give you Mining Fatigue III. Which makes mining blocks underwater near impossible. -

Blaze Powder -

Construct a Nether Portal and head inside, search around until you find a Nether Fortress and find your way inside. Somewhere within should be a Blaze Spawner, kill the Blazes and eventually they will drop a Blaze Rod. Craft this into Blaze Powder. If there is no spawner, find a new Fortress.

Diamond -

Head deep underground in the Overworld below Y=0 until you come across Diamond Ore, it can be mined with an Iron Pickaxe or better.

Naturally occurring diamonds. Diamond ore near Lava.

Ender Pearl -

Endermen can be found somewhat rarely in the Overworld, or abundantly in the Nether Warped Forests. Whichever way you find them, killing them will occasionally drop an Ender Pearl.

Echo Shard -

While searching for Diamonds deep underground, there is a chance you will come across a dark but glowy block known as Sculk. This indicates you have found a Deep Dark biome, and somewhere around you could be an Ancient City structure, found most often beneath a Frozen Peaks biome. Upon entering you must locate chests found around the structure until you find an Echo Shard; careful though, as sometimes you will come across blocks known as Sculk Sensors and Sculk Shriekers. These - when close together - detect any sounds a player makes and causes the Shrieker to scream. When this happens 4 times a deadly mob known as The Warden crawls out of the ground and attempts to hunt the player by sound and smell. Avoid this at all costs, escaping alive is unlikely.

Wind Charge -

Also found underground are the Trial Chambers, these structures are huge labyrinths that function as Dungeon Crawler elements for the game. Allowing the player to fight enemies until they clear the structure. Within, you can find spawners for the Breeze mob, which upon death drop the Breeze Rod, which can be crafted into a Wind Charge, or found within dispensers.

Pottery Sherds -

Craft a brush and search for ruins in a Desert Temple, an Ocean, Forests, or in a Desert well. In these you will find Suspicious Sand and Gravel that you can sift through with the brush to uncover loot within, eventually you will find Pottery Sherds.

Wither Rose -

Head back to the Nether and locate your Nether Fortress, find and killer Wither Skeletons until they drop a total of 3 Wither Skulls. Find a stairs room in the Fortress or head to the SoulSand Valley Biome and grab 4 pieces of soulsand. These are the resources you need to face one of Minecrafts hardest foes, the Wither. A flying mob with 600-1200 health depending on difficulty and shoots explosive skulls that inflict the withering effect. Your gonna want to spawn this in an area far from your base as it will tear up the land you fight it in. Either fight it in an area with a lot of animals, fight it at night, or breed a lot of animals in a pen. Allow the wither to kill any animals or other mobs in the area and a rose will be placed or dropped upon the location where they died.
