progression rework datapack

the datapack mainly focuses on changing the already existing recipies and also to make some changes to a very early-game (wood and stone) in order to slow down the progress people make (we all know how fast u can get full iron and even full diamond lmao).
What's new
patched so u can smelt leaves to leafliter in furnace again and the campire recipe doesn't overwrite the furnace recipe.
This mod has no additional files
