The best superpower Datapack for Minecraft has been completely rebuilt for 1.21 adding tons of new features.
For Minecraft version 1.21+
This datapack gives you a giant amount of different superpowers to choose from with each having several abilities to use and experiment with.

How to use
All powers are controlled with a power activate and power toggle item. To craft these all you need to do is place one dirt block or one sand block in a crafting table (See crafting recipes).
To obtain the powers you have to punch any mob and you will be given a one time use book with all the Powers/abilities you can choose from.All you need to do is find the power you like and click it to choose it.
If you are in survival mode and cheats aren't enabled you can only choose your power once so choose wisely (might update this in the future).
You can use the adminbook if cheats are enabled in your world for multiple power selections

Functions
/function superpowers:adminbook will give you a book to experiment with all the powers that wont be deleted from your inventory and is multi-use.
/function superpowers:adminitems will give you the power activate and power toggle items
/function superpowers:givebook will give one time use book to select powers
/function superpowers:uninstall will uninstall the datapack
/datapack enable "file/Superpowers" to re-enable the datapack after /function superpowers:uninstall has been used

Essentials

Power activate and Power toggle. Crafted using one piece of dirt, or one sand

Armor

Boots of unlimited energy. Unbreakable. Provides the wearer with infinite saturation, and slowly fills up your energy level (for powers that use the energy system). Crafted using one nether star and one netherite boots

Chestplate of vitality. Unbreakable. Increases health, provides massive armor points, reduces knockback. Crafted using one nether star and one netherite chestplate

Helmet of clear vision. Unbreakable. Gives night vision when worn and removes any darkness or blindness status effects. Crafted using one nether star and one netherite helmet

Leggings of swiftness. Unbreakable. Increases speed, reduces fall damage distance by 500 blocks. Crafted using one nether star and one netherite leggings

Super Elytra. Unbreakable. Gives you an unlimited supply of fireworks while flying. Crafted using one nether star and one elytra

Powers and abilities

Key: (1)-Refers to right clicking the Power activate item. (2)-Refers to Right clicking the Power toggle item

Fire

Using (1) will shoot a flame blast in the direction you are looking.

Sneaking while using (1) will shoot a fireball in the direction you are looking.

Using (2) will activate the flamethrower ability which shoots out flames in front of you, looking down while using this ability will cause you to jetpack into the air (warning fall damage will still apply).

Sneaking while using (2) will cause a fire explosion setting the area around you on fire.

Buffed when in lava

Sneak jump will allow you to fly

Summoner

Using (1) will summon the creature have selected

Sneaking and using (1) will summon the other creature you have selected.

Using (2) Allow you to choose what creatures you can summon. Select 1 in the bar to choose what you summon when using (1), 2 to select what creature when using (1) while sneaking

Flight

Use (1) to toggle flight on or off

Sneaking using (1) to toggle dynamic flight on. When jumping and sneaking with this on you will fly without needing to activate power.

Use (2) levitate mobs in front of you

Sneak using (2) to drop levitating mobs

Shift while flying to ascend or descend, depending on whether you are looking up or down. Ascension speed controlled by angle

Solid air

Using (1) will place a block of solid air in front of the player, It is completely un-minable

Sneaking and using (1) will create solid air in a 3x3 pattern at range, where you are looking

Sneaking and jumping(1) will toggle on/off solid air to constantly be placed at your feet, allowing you to walk across ravines and mountains with ease.

Using (2) will delete all of the solid air blocks you have placed

Sneak and jump to choose power options

Unbreakable

Using (1) will turn your skin hard making you invincible to all damage. Will slow you down

Using (2) will toggle on/off the sneak activation of the power

Intangibility

Using (1) Will turn you completely intangible allowing you to move through any block you wish, Hold sneak and jump to turn back.

Using (2) will turn you intangible for a brief second, allowing you to slip out of danger quickly, you will remain intangible until you completely come into contact with air, or look down and sneak

Sneaking while using (2) will toggle jump/sneak activation for the last ability, so whenever you hold CTRL and jump you turn intangible.

Invisibility

Sneaking at any time will turn you invisible regardless of toggle

Using (1) Will shoot out a smoke screen. Enemies in the smoke screen will be blinded. If you are in the smoke you will be able to see mobs through it

Sneaking and using (1) will remove the smoke screen

Teleportation

Using (1) Will teleport you to the block you are looking at

Using (2) will recall you to the marker you placed

Sneaking and using (2) will place a marker for you to teleport to later.

Sneaking and punching any entity while holding poweractivate will mark them meaning next time you use (1) they will teleport with you

Sneaking and punching any entity while holding powertoggle will mark them meaning next time you use (2) they be recalled to your marker with you.

Explosive

Using (1) Will create an explosion in front of the player

Using (1) while sneaking will fire a short range explosive where you are looking

Using (2) will lay a bomb on the ground where you stand. Using (2) and sneaking will detonate all bombs

(Warning you will only be protected from the blast in front of the player, bombs and the short range explosive will damage you)

Beast Mode

Using (1) Will activate Beast Mode, you will gain a bunch of buffs that make you a lot stronger

Using (2) will increase level

Sneaking using (2) will decrease level

Higher levels are stronger but use more energy

Speed

Using (1) will increase speed

Sneaking using (1) will decrease speed

Using (2) allow you to choose sprint speed level and toggle water freeze path

Sprinting into mobs will damage them

Freeze Vision

Using (1) will toggle between freeze vision and radius

Sneaking using (1) will toggle sneak activation or permanently on.

Freeze nearby mobs and players stopping them from moving

Lightning

Using (1) will strike lightning where you look (long distance).

Using (1) while sneaking, lightning will strike in front of you

Using (2) will fire out a lightning bolt in the direction you are rushing you there

Using (2) while sneaking will create a thunder storm (lag warning)

Weapons Expert

Using (1) will conjure up a pair of homing swords which will seek out and damage nearby mobs

Using (1) and sneaking will give the player a set an enchanted sword and wrap you in a set of armor (Warning, take off any other armor before hand as it may be destroyed)

Using (2) will toggle a hail storm of arrows around the player.

Sunlight Warrior

Using (1) shoot out a light blast. Damages enemies. Places light where it hits that damages undead

Using (1) while sneaking will heal and nourish mobs, except the undead will be instantly killed

Using (2) will toggle the player to glow, lighting up the area around the player. Damages undead near you

Buffed during the day and in the sunlight

Dimension Hopper

Using (1) will warp the player to the selected dimension

Sneaking and using (1) will warp any mobs in front of the player to the selected dimension

Using (2) will fire projectile from selected dimension

Sneaking and using (2) will give you all the selectable dimensions and options (Safe warp will do its best to place you into a safe location within the dimension, not in a block and not in mid air (May warp into lava or fire). Safe y level will keep you above the void

Deep Dark

Using (1) while standing on natural blocks will spread sculk around the player. Any mob who stands on the sculk while the player is nearby will gain major debuffs including blindness. While standing on the sculk a player will gain many buffs and will be able to use

(2) to shoot out a sonic boom.

Force

Using (1) will force push any mobs in front of the player a long distance back

Using (1) while sneaking will pull any mobs you are facing towards you

Using (2) Will pick up a single entity in front of you, use (2) again to drop it or use (1) while holding it to force push it away. (Doesn't work on player)

Sneaking using (2) will force lightning.

Throwing out the lightsaber will damage mobs it touches and will return to your hand

Ocean Dweller

Using (1) will buff mob/player in front of you (must be in water).

Sneaking using (1) will debuff mob/player in front of you (must be in water).

Using (2) will give settings

Looking up when exiting water will shoot you out of the water

Punch Buffs/Debuffs

Using (1) will allow you to choose options

Punching will apply effect to entity

Resurrection

You will always regenerate health at a decent rate. Upon death you will gain the ability to choose whether to return to your place of death. When returning you are temporarily buffed

Night Crawler

Using (1) will use blood scent to find closest selected

Sneaking using (1) selectable options for mobs

During the night and in darkness you gain enhanced speed and strength, and sneaking will turn you invisible. Exposure to sunlight makes you hungry. Automatic night vision in the dark. Punching any mob will heal and feed you.

Laser Eyes

Using (1) will shoot a long range laser blast where you are looking

Using (2) will toggle laser beams, sneaking while using this ability will instantly melt any block in front of it (any naturally minable block)

Combat Master

Sneak jumping will give power options

Auto counter, when you are damaged you will instantly damage that mob back

Using (2) will toggle Auto dodge, will dodge some incoming mob attacks (sort of like rapid movement from DBZ) and will automatically dodge any incoming projectiles if fired from long range.

Echo attacks will continually damage any mob you hit for a while after

Destructive Wave

Using (1) will fire out a massive Explosive wave in front of the player, must be charged first (Major Lag warning)

Using (1) while sneaking while sneaking will allow you to set off a kamikaze nuke at your feet, does not require energy, but will kill you

Using 2 will toggle the charge off and on, sacrifices speed and hunger for energy to power your Explosive wave

Soul Tether

Punch a mob to soul tether to it. Any damage you take will be transferred to the mob, potentially killing it. When killed you will untether with it, so will have to tether to a new mob. Any non player mob you are tethered to will become friendly to you

Using (1) will allow you to choose whether to untether from a mob, teleport to it, or it to you, or swap places with it.

Using (2) will use the ability of the mob you are connected to e.g. blaze fireball, enderman teleport

Poison Fog

Sneak jump toggle ranged or local poison fog (at feet)

Using (1) will create a poisonous fog (ranged or at feet), whilst in the fog you are majorly buffed, any other mob or player is damaged and debuffed

Using (1) while sneaking will make the fog disappear

Using (2) will shoot out poison blast

Sneaking using (2) will spray a poisonous mist in front of you, damaging and debuffing anyone hit

Traps

Using (1) will place a trap at your feet, you will not activate any traps by standing on them, but any mob who does will trigger their effect (careful you can still be effected by the trap if you are in range when it is activated)

Sneaking using (1) will shoot traps at range

Using (2) will give options

Ninja

Using (1) will teleport you instantly behind the nearest hostile mob (careful may land you in a dangerous situation if the mob is in an unsafe spot)

Sneaking using (1) will give attack options

Using (2) toggle ninja mode will allow you to attack much faster than anybody else, and increase your resistance and movement speed

Miner

Sneak jump will give options

Using (1) will allow you to instantly mine any block (except for obsidian, any creative blocks, any indestructible blocks, and fluids)

Using (2) will summon void storage

Sneaking using (2) will remove void storage

Juggernaut

The more you run the more momentum and speed you build. The faster you are going, the more damage you will do when running into enemies, and the more damage resistance you will gain

Using (1) will toggle destructive sprint, meaning any block in front of you whilst running will be broken.

Glitch

Using (1) will glitch you, during this time you wont take damage and will return to where you activated the power. Use (1) again to cut the timer short

Using (1) will temporarily freeze time for all players and mobs in the immediate vicinity, after a short time they will turn back to normal

Using (2) will cause your movement to glitch out allowing you to bounce forward like crazy, and even through blocks (Warning, Potential seizure inducer, Don't use if you have epilepsy). Immune to fall damage.

Damage Battery

Every time you take damage your energy level will be increased. The more energy you have, the more you can choose to resist damage or increase punch strength

Using (1) will toggle options

Dragon Rider

Using (1) summon and mount dragon. WSAD control movement, jump to go up, ctrl to go down. Sneak to dismount

Sneaking using (1) will send dragon back to the end

Using (1) while on dragon will shoot out fireball

Ice

Using (1) will use chosen power

Sneaking and using (1) will use chosen power

Using (2) will create ice bridge

Using (2) will toggle a blizzard

Wizard

Using (1) will activate spell 1

Sneaking using (1) will activate spell 2

Using (2) will activate spell 3

Sneaking using (2) will give you a spellbook where you can choose what spells you want to equip.

Blackhole

Using (1) will fire off a gravity blast

Sneaking using (1) will toggle gravity pushback, which will push all mobs around you backwards

Using (2) will summon a blackhole which will suck in all surrounding entities and players

Sneaking using (2) will destroy the blackhole.

Adapt

Adapt to survive. Will adapt to the environment becoming more resilient. When damaged you become more resistant for a short time. Sneaking will allow you to slowfall.

Muscle

Using (1) will decrease your body slam height

Sneaking using (1) will increase your body slam height, jump to activate, the higher the height the larger the crater when you land

Using (2) will ground slam, damaging and sending all surrounding enemies flying into the air. Naturally super strong

Muscle

Using (1) will decrease your body slam height

Sneaking using (1) will increase your body slam height, jump to activate, the higher the height the larger the crater when you land

Using (2) will ground slam, damaging and sending all surrounding enemies flying into the air. Naturally super strong

Shrink

Using (1) will increase size

Sneaking using (1) will decrease size

Using (2) toggles shrinks to size level

Sneak jump will toggle shrink to size level

Giant

Using (1) will increase size

Sneaking using (1) will decrease size

Using (2) toggles grow to size level

Sneak jump will toggle grow to size level

Web Slinger

Using (1) will shoot out a web you will swing on. Sneak to dismount, swinging too far will send you flying

Using (1) while holding CTRL will shoot out a zipline web launching you in the direction you are facing. Can be used while swinging

Using (2) shoots out webs to trap enemies

Sneaking using (2) destroys web in front of you at range

Meteor

Using (1) will call meteor when you are looking

Sneaking using (1) will choose meteor type

Using (2) toggles meteor storm

Sneaking using (2) turns you into a meteor

Smoke

Using (1) will shoot out a smoke blast

Sneaking using (1) will shoot out smoke explosion

Using (2) turn into smoke and teleport forward. Can be used to teleport through blocks

Sneaking using (2) Shoots out a smoke grenade

Sneaking will make you slowfall

Time

Using (1) will freeze rime in a bubble around you

Sneaking using (1) will unfreeze the time bubble

Using (2) accelerates you in time, making them faster at everything

Sneaking using (2) freezes you in time, avoiding damage

Reaper

Using (1) Will attack and break blocks with reaper scythe

Sneaking using (1) will shoot out wither skulls

Using (2) buffs undead around you

Sneaking using (2) summon skeleton mount. Mount damages nearby non undead

All mobs and players you kill are raised as friendly undead

Decay

Using (1) Will damage mobs in front of player

Using (2) decay blocks and enemies in front of you

Sneaking using (2) will decay a wider range but wont go down

Air

Using (1) Will shoot out an air blast where you are facing

Sneak jump will toggle fly. Holding jump why fly is on will shoot you forward

Using (2) will summon a tornado

Sneaking using (2) will kill the tornado

Sneaking will give slow falling

Earth

Using (1) Will pick up an earth block, use again to shoot the block at enemies

Sneaking using (1) will fire a pillar out of the ground where you are facing, launching enemies

Using (2), look up to build earth roof, sideways to build earth wall, down to earth pillar, sprint to earth platform

Sneaking using (2) will break earth blocks where you are facing

Sneak jump will launch you into the air

Copy

Sneaking and jumping will bring up a menu with the following options:

Using stop power will stop using the power you have copied and are currently using.

Using power absorb will let you copy the power of the player that you punch, you can absorb 2 at a time.

Selecting the Use power “x” will allow you to use the absorbed power

Infestation

Using (1) Will summon silverfish local or ranged

Sneak jump to choose between local and ranged summon

Sneaking using (1) will kill all the silverfish you spawned

Using (2), your silverfish will attack the nearest mob

Sneaking using (2) will toggle off/on to make your make your silverfish start mining

Quicksand

Using (1) phase blocks you are looking at

Sneaking using (1) will un-phase blocks

Using (2), will toggle phase walk

Water

Using (1) Shoot out a water arm which will pick up mobs, and move in the direction you are looking

Sneaking using (1) will remove blocks where you are looking

Sneak jumping will give you power options

Using (2), will shoot out tidal wave

Sneaking using (2) will toggle surf. Surf allows you to water skate around

Lava

Using (1) Will shoot out a wave of lava

Sneaking using (1) will create magma eruption where you are looking

Sneak jumping will give you power options

Using (2), will spread lava in a pyramid in front of you

Sneaking using (2) will remove lava. Choose-able options

Glass Cannon

Using (1) Will toggle glass cannon. Glass cannon does heaps of damage but has one heart of health

Sneak jumping will toggle glass cannon

Curse Fire

Using (1) Will shoot out a fire blast

Sneaking using (1) will burn enemies in front of you

Punching enemies will set them on fire

Sneak jumping will give you power options, and allow you to fly

Using (2), will use chosen power

Sneaking using (2) will use chosen power

Sneaking will slowfall

Possession

Using (1) Will Allow you to possess a mob at range

Sneak jumping will give you power options. Toggle on AI (mobs will move on their own)

Using (2), will make mobs attack each other in an area

Possessed mobs are given buffs

WSAD movement. CTRL to go down when in water or if a flying mob. Jump to jump (or fly up if a flying mob). Sneak to dismount

Sonic

Using (1) Shoot out ranged attack. Toggle between blast, explosive, and knockback

Sneaking using (1) will let out an AOE shriek attack around player

Sneak jumping will give you power options.

Using (2) will toggle scream attack, look down to slowfall. Hold CTRL to increase intensity of scream, looking down while doing this will shoot you up

Sneaking using (2) will echo locate mobs. Choose entities to target

Plant

Using (1) Shoot out vine grapple. You will get pulled towards the block it attached to

Sneaking using (1) shoots out a ranged leaf attack

Sneak jumping will give you power options.

Using (2) will create a giant vine out of the ground. Will travel through water and earth blocks. Damages mobs it hits and moves in the direction you are facing

Sneaking using (2) will remove wood/leaves at range. Block drops toggleable in settings

Hunter

Using (1) Will locate closest selected mob or player (choose-able in settings). The mob targeted will be massively debuffed, (players targeted will lose their power temporarily)

Sneaking using (1) Clears all negative effects on player

Sneak jumping will give you power options.

Using (2) will toggle buffs on the player

Random

Using (1 or 2) will cause a random effect to happen. This can range from creating fireballs, exploding yourself, to teleporting away. It is completely random

Shadow

Using (1) Will teleport you where facing as long as it is an area with a light level below 7. If facing into a block you will teleport through blocks. Will fail if light level is above 7

Sneaking using (1) Will teleport the mob the player is facing to the player. Provided the mob is in light level below 7.

Sneak jumping will give you power options. Aura in darkness will damage and debuff mobs near you who are in light levels below 7

Using (2) will shoot out shadow blast. Shadow blast will auto track to the closest mob and damage/debuff. It will disappear in darkness

Sneaking using (2) will create shadow arms where you are looking. These will damages nearby mobs like shadow blast. They will also disappear in light

Secondaries

To unlock you will have to defeat the wither. Then you will be given a book to choose

Berserk

The more you get hit, the more damage your punches will do back.

Energy Sponge

Punching mobs will give you energy. Killing mobs raises your energy max higher

Energy Sponge

Punching mobs will give you energy. Killing mobs raises your energy max higher

Homebound

Sneak jump and you will get a text prompt. Click confirm and you will TP back to your bed

Hellborn

Immune to fire. Buffed when in lava or the nether

Pack Animal

You are buffed at nighttime. When it turns night your wolf pack is summoned to help you fight

Warning

Not all bugs are apparent, please let me know if you experience any. There is always the chance of compatibility issues with other Datapack's. Don't use the glitch superpower if you suffer from seizures or epilepsy.
