This changes thousands of items across tens of mods to add more realistic skill levels than what pmmo usually assigns automatically. I have manually changed the required skill levels for each weapon/armour piece to correspond to its general power level in comparison with vanilla items. Also making items in a set (eg. boots, helm, chestplate, leggings) require the same skill level for the whole set, rather than the usual auto-assigned different level for each piece.
