Overgeared NoTreePunching Rock retrieval compat

Adds right click functionality to NoTreePunching's Flint Pickaxe. Right Click on Stone for a Rock to progress through the Stone Age more logically!

Using Flint on a Stone block should yield one of two results, Flint Shards or a Rock.  Upon testing, it seems that only Flint Shards were dropping, so I re-geared Flint Pickaxes to right click Stone blocks for Rocks.
