Dirt blocks now drop completely random items from the entire Minecraft item pool.

•- Works in Survival mode with no commands needed.

•- Supports vanilla Minecraft 1.20+.

•- Added custom pack icon and metadata.

•- Improved item randomizer to reduce duplicate drops in a row.

•- Added support for coarse dirt and rooted dirt.
