Nuka Land Loot Tables and Recipes

This datapack adds some much-needed recipes and loot tables to allow for cross-usage of various fallout mods. Such recipes allow for previously uncraftable objects to be made with with properly balanced materials that can be found in the wasteland. A loot table was added to allow for custom maps to generate necessary fallout/wasteland gear. materials, and food.
