This datapack enhances early-game progression by aligning all loot sources with the mechanics of the No Tree Punching mod. Any time a loot table would normally generate wooden or stone tools—such as village chests, dungeon loot, mineshafts, shipwrecks, or any custom modded structure—the datapack automatically substitutes them with the appropriate flint tools from No Tree Punching.
This ensures full consistency with the mod’s intended survival curve: players no longer receive tools that bypass the early flint-based progression, and exploration rewards remain balanced with the mod’s harsher start. The replacement is implemented through a Forge global loot modifier, so it applies universally across all loot tables without manual overrides.
