v1.0.0-beta.3 - Drop the Iron's Spellbooks advancement patch

The irons_spellbooks/spell_book_equip advancement override is removed. regalia_slots_api 0.0.0-beta.9+ now registers the curios:equip_curio trigger natively (beta.10 also wires the curios:slot filter), so that advancement and its 13 tiered children load on their own. The datapack had only been masking a mod bug that is now fixed upstream.

• IDAS — 5 curated chest loot tables, 2 empty BYG biome tags, vanilla dread_citadel spawner mobs
