Mr Green's Tweaks

A collection of quality-of-life tweaks I originally created for my own survival world. Over time the list grew, so I decided to bundle everything into one convenient data pack and share it with the community.

Each tweak is designed to stay true to vanilla Minecraft while making survival just a little more enjoyable.

📦 Recipes

• Craft 6 Stairs instead of 4
• Craft 6 Trapdoors instead of 2
• Uncraft Honeycomb Blocks into Honeycomb
• Uncraft Snow Blocks into Snowballs
• Uncraft Clay into Clay Balls
• Cheaper Tinted Glass recipe
• Cheaper Dark Prismarine recipe
• Cheaper Beacon recipe
• Craft Sea Lanterns using 4 Prismarine Crystals
• Craft Slabs back into Blocks
• Craft Stairs back into Blocks
• Craft Carpets back into Wool or Moss
• Cut Amethyst Clusters using the Stonecutter
• Stonecutter recipes for:
  • Copper Bars
  • Chains
  • Lightning Rods
  • Iron Bars
• Craftable Name Tags
• Balanced Craftable Enchanted Golden Apple
• Brew a Haste II Potion using a Golden Apple and Glass Bottle
• Craft Bones directly into Bone Blocks

✨ Enchantments

• Infinity now works with Spectral Arrows.

💀 Loot Tables

• Jungle Leaves now have sapling drop rates similar to Oak, Spruce, and Birch.
• Player Heads retain their custom names and lore when placed and picked back up.
• Bats drop 1 Phantom Membrane.
• Shulkers always drop 2 Shulker Shells. (When killed by player)
• Sea Lanterns will now drop 4 crystals when broken so they can be recrafted. (If not Silk Touched)

🗝️ Trial Chamber Spawners

• Trial Chamber spawners always reward a Trial Key after the mob wave is completed.
• Consumable reward drops have been removed.

🌿 Blocks

• End Stone and Cobblestone are treated as "dirt" for Moss spreading, allowing them to convert into Moss Blocks when bonemeal is used nearby.

Note: Because of how this mechanic works, certain flowers and plants can also be placed on Cobblestone and End Stone.
