Every time you take damage, you are instantly teleported to a random location in your current dimension.
This datapack works in all three vanilla dimensions:

If you've already downloaded the datapack, follow these steps:
Open Minecraft.
Go to Singleplayer → Create New World.
Click More → Data Packs.

Place the downloaded .zip file into the folder.
Go back to Minecraft and enable the datapack.
Create your world and enjoy!
