Minecolonies Mistletoe recipe

A simple datapack to allow Alchemists to produce Mistletoe on demand. It should fix lack in production, without feeling cheaty. Requires 1 Glow Berry, 1 Blaze Powder and 1 Awkward Potion to produce 2 Mistletoe. Learned automatically by the Alchemist by level 4. 

After a bit of testing, I noticed one alchemist is not enough to support a single druid's needs of Potions, after you fininsh the research Panoramix. In fact, on my world, my alchemist produced 75 Mistletoe within 100 in-game days. Less than one per day. A single druid requests 16 potions and can use them all in a single night if you don't skip it. With this rate, you'd need about 10-15 Alchemists per druid. That's simply absurd and makes druid completely unviable. 

Now, I don't know if this is an error from their end, or if a fix is ever comming, so I've made this datapack to solve my problem. Since it worked well, I thought about sharing it here.
