Description

This data pack will increase item stacks from 64 to 99. This will simplify gameplay, as fewer slots will be filled with duplicate items, and will also reduce inventory clutter.

Items will stack to 99 if you hold them in your hand or if they were dropped (so they appear like floor items). Otherwise, they will also stack to 64.
