Reduces the amount of leaf litter that spawns in forests and dark forests, only making it appear under some trees instead of under all of them

This datapack reduces the amount of leaf litter that spawns in forests and dark forests, only making it appear under some trees instead of under all of them.

I've always hated how there is leaf litter everywhere in the Forest and Dark forest Floor and I think it looks very ugly and unnatural. Making it generate under fewer trees improves it massively in my opionion.

Additionally, a few birch trees in forests will have wildflowers under them instead of leaf litter adding more vibrant colours to them
