Immersive Posts - Steam'n Rails Compat

Adds Compatibility for Immerisve Posts to be used as Train signal posts
Allows the use of all Immersive Posts as train semaphore poles for the Steam'n Rails Create add-on.
Note that the semaphore still has to be directly above the signal block.
The datapack was created & tested for MC 1.20.1 but will probably work on other versions.
