IE - Serene Seasons compat

I made this simple datapack to bridge the fertility mechanic of Serene Seasons with hemp seeds from Immersive Engineering, which by default aren't recognised by the former mod.

With this datapack installed, your hemp crops will be productive throughout spring and summer, before going quiescent in autumn and winter ready to start anew the following year.

The simplest way to install this datapack is to download it and move it to the datapacks directory of your world, inside the saves folder.
