Icy Legs

Replaces blocks you walk on with ice. Blocks related to dimensional travel are unaffected.

Replaces any blocks you walk on with ice, except for obsidian and end portal frames. It works differently when you're on a mount, try using a boat.

You can download an alternate version that affects all entities: Players, Sheep, Creepers, etc...
