With this datapack enabled, if a player was to use a totem of undying, they would lose a permanant heart. This is done in an attempt to balance totems in Hardcore Mode. For example, if you were at 10 hearts and had to use a totem, you would now only have 9 permanent hearts. This stops after being on 1 heart as after that, any totem just sends the player to half a heart so totems never fully stop working.
