Thank you for an incredible launch week — almost 120 downloads already! 💛 This update is our biggest content drop yet. Here's everything that's new since launch.
✨ Major New Features
⚔️ War-Prep Abilities — your class finally fights back Right-click your class node on the Bough to arm an active ability. Every one of the 14 combat classes now has its own loadout — 3 combat toggles plus 5 mastery unlocks each — building to grief-safe AoE signatures like Explosive Volley and Seismic Slam. Reach Mastery 5 to charge a cross-class Ultimate that any class can fire. Pick your moment, arm up, and unleash.
📖 The Living Eternal Codex Your Codex book is alive now. Open it and the lore re-themes to whatever tab you're on and pins your active challenge — tokens, top trees, companion bond, Wayfarer progress and more, updating in real time as you play. It's a personal dashboard in book form.
🎒 Forever Hold & Volume-Stacking Bags The Ore Bag, Alchemy Binder, and Pantry now stack by volume — one slot per item type that grows without limit, so you'll never run out of bag space again. Combine all three at a Transmutation Stand to forge the Forever Hold: a single hub that keeps all three storage tabs intact under one item.
🏡 Build & Decorate
- Modular Kitchens! Build kitchens piece by piece — counter, cabinet, stove, and sink — that snap together cleanly. The stove doubles as a working cooking station.
- Tons of new decor variants — dining tables, tea sets, counters and more, now in pale oak, bamboo, crimson & warped wood plus gorgeous polished stone finishes (cinnabar, sulfur, blackstone, deepslate, quartz and others). New catalogue pages: Kitchen and Stoneware.
- Decor structures are now permanent — placed furniture no longer despawns.
- Placed furniture is now protected from GUI-cleanup tools — your decorations are safe.
⚔️ Combat & Classes
- New Secret Class — the Dual Swordsman! Wield two class swords at once and chase the hidden unlock. The goal scales with your difficulty (1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000), and bosses give a credit boost.
- Gearwright now unlocks the Transmutation Stand at level 3.
- Kinetic damage (Adventure & Pioneer): get launched into a wall and you'll take impact damage — and so will the mobs you knock into walls. Mind your head on low ceilings with Jump Boost!
- Gilded Totems at home now project damage reduction across your entire home zone and count toward your Dream Rank.
🐾 Companions & Pets
- Fixed companions silently dumping all your stored XP on first summon, and the eCodex showing the wrong level/ability count.
- Tame foxes and ocelots now get full protection, totems, mementos and buddy bonding (they were previously left out).
- New [Bond Nearest Animal] catalogue button — one click to bond your buddy.
- Revived pets now come back with their exact look — coat, collar color and markings preserved.
- Tamed-pet mementos now reliably reach you even when a pet dies far away in combat.
💬 Quality of Life
- Notification Channel setting — missed the action bar? You can now route notifications back through chat, show both, or use Smart mode. Find it in the Codex Settings menu.
- Best-Friend Home Comforts — your best friends now share your home's tier buffs (Regen, Saturation, Resistance, Fire Resistance) while they're visiting your plot.
- Cleaner HUD — boss bars now auto-dismiss after events instead of lingering, and event/activity bars clear themselves shortly after they're done. The look-at HUD is less cluttered too.
- Lore collectibles are now stackable — fragments and lore books stack neatly so you can store whole sets in bundles. (Each unique piece still counts individually.)
- Pioneer players now keep their home and guidestone unlocks through death.
⚡ Performance
A dedicated optimization pass trimmed several always-running systems — health-bar tracking, scarecrows, timber detection, floating titles and more — for smoother play, especially on busy servers.
##🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an infinite obsidian / ender-chest dupe with the Pocket Ender Anchor.
- Fixed chest-node keys wearing out or shattering an entire held stack at once — now just one key per use.
- Fixed dungeons occasionally spawning all five waves at once.
- Fixed Infinite Castle arenas where mobs could be unreachable or you couldn't teleport in.
- Fixed sit/sleep decor ejecting you after one second.
- Fixed home inscriptions/glyphs reporting "full" in brand-new homes.
- Fixed the Affinity Crafter milestone auto-completing in minutes (now a fair crafting goal).
- Fixed class weapons aging their patina just from being held.
- Fixed hostile wild-companion heads not despawning properly.
- Fixed a wide range of menu, storage and decor edge cases.
