Initial Beta Release

- Added Explosive Arrows.
- Added crafting recipe using arrows and TNT.
- Added support for both bows and crossbows.
- Added explosive impact effects against blocks, mobs, and players.
- Added TNT particle trail.
- Added custom item name, lore, rarity, and enchantment glint.
- Added proper shooter ownership for explosions.
- Added recipe unlock for the recipe book.

- This is the first public beta release.
