New weapon type, Staff (basically a trident clone... for now)

New weapon types: Wand, Hammer, Glaive, Mace, Double Axe, and Sickle
Update Staff weapon type
Innate ability for Staffs and Wands
Custom innate abilities for Arsenal weapons
