v0.0.0-beta.4 - CurseForge upload tooling

Changed

  • CurseForge upload: gameVersions now uses the Minecraft gameVersionId (26.2 → 16498) instead of the pack format, and scripts/curseforge-upload.ps1 only reads the "Variables parseables" section of project_vars.md.
