- Sulfur caves are about three times as common underground, taken almost entirely from ordinary stone caves.
- Each sulfur cave region is broader and thicker.
- Sulfur caves are hollowed into large caverns with sulfur walls and columns, and the water table is kept out of them.
- A separate compat zip for players who also run Elkonia: Enhanced Dappled Forests.
