Added feature to optionally remove the dragon egg also

By default the dragon egg is NOT removed. If you would like ot removed you must run this command:
/function dragonbegone:disable_dragon_egg

You can turn it back on if you decide you would like it back (This does not summon a new egg every dragon kill so you would have to turn it back on before the first kill)
/function dragonbegone:enable_dragon_egg
