Dragn's Pets: Dogs & Cats Overworld Spawning

Simple datapack that makes Dragn's Cat and Dogs spawn in the general overworld, not just at villages.
This datapack adds two JSON files that add overworld spawns for both cats and dogs from Dragn's Pets, weighted at 7/14 respectively. Dogs can spawn in packs of up to 2, and cats only spawn 1 at a time. All overworld biomes have a chance (even modded) to spawn these animals.
I made this pack for my Lost Cities Zombie Survival Modpack, and figured others may like it as well.
