Death's Door, VanillaTweaks Graves Extension - teleport back

VanillaTweak's Graves are great! But, sometimes you don't want to op your players so they can use the execute teleport. This is an extension that will make the teleport survival friendly when running graves and give 10 seconds of damage immunity.
