The data pack increases their explosion, increases their speed, decreases their burning rate, reduces fall damage and fall damage range, adds oxygen underwater, and changes the knockback from hits. It also adds a mechanic: at low health, the creeper moves faster, burns less, and can explode on its own. When its health is low, it explodes even faster and more powerfully.
