CTOV / Wraith Waystones Compat

This datapack tries to implement the features from 
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/ctov-waystone-compat

i.e., adding Waystones to ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Village

but using Wraith Waystones by LordDeatHunter

None of the work is my own and all credit goes to the original mod authors. I just made this to allow playing with both together.
