Prevents players from transporting Creative blaze burners like those from the obsidian temple using minecart contraptions
the Create Structures arise mod adds a rare structure called the Obsidian temple, problem is that they spawn creative blaze burners, and players can just use a minecart contraption assembler to grab the this blaze burner, they can then bring it to their base and make a near maxed steam engine for very little effort.
the solution? remove the isCreative:1 from the blaze burner's NBT when in a minecart contraption, this causes them to revert to a normal blaze burner.
