Create: Love and War + Create: Diesel Generators Fuel Patch

Fixes diesel fuel compatibility between Create: Love and War and Create: Diesel Generators by adding missing burner multipliers to prevent crashes.

Fixes a crash caused by missing diesel fuel data when using Create: Love and War with Create: Diesel Generators.
This lightweight datapack safely overrides kerosene.json and ethylene.json to reintroduce the required burner_multiplier field. It preserves all fuel balance values from Love and War and ensures diesel engines function as expected without modifying the original mods. Designed for seamless inclusion in any Minecraft 1.20.1 modpack using both mods.
