CraftTech Machines [Datapack]

- You can now obtain Enchanted Quartz from mining Nether Quartz Ore
-- Machine Frame now needs Enchanted Quartz
- Observers can now be used as conveyer belts
- Small tweaks to the Advanced Crafter
- Ender Hoppers now send items to another one if its full
- Quarry will now generate walls around it self
- Trash Can will now face down when created
