This allows you to craft saddle in the older versions of Minecraft.
This is a datapack that lets you craft saddles on the older Minecraft versions were you can't.
It uses the same recipe that Minecraft uses in it's newer versions.
This datapack also puts the recipe under the Minecraft tag instead of a datapack tag so that it feals more vanilla.
