Craftable ore blocks [aether support]

this datapack adds cheap ore blocks no consequences
1. you can craft emerald deepslate ore one of the rareset blocks in the game and deepslate cool aswell 
2. this datapack work with the aether mod and i can add so much more ores and mods compatibility
