Adds an Independence Day-themed Braviary!
This star-spangled Braviary is called Aquilliberty, and you obtain it by leveling up a Rufflet to level 54 and having it hold a firework rocket. Aquilliberty is a fire and flying type, allowing it to learn a few fire moves, and you can't have Independence Day without explosions. When Rufflet evolves, it learns Self-Destruct and Explosion.
