Cobblemon Browt
Adds Browt from the new generation 10 starter pokemon, I added browt because I absloutely love him. Currently he have no evolution, he does have a shiny version and he spawns in floral biomes as an ultra rare.
What's new
v1.11
-Remove the hidden ability Cacophony that causes problems
-Fixes a visual bug that appears when Browt flies during its cry animation
-Added Browt to the national dex
