Bordercraft: Expanded

Fixed:

• Accidental removal of /function bordercraft:percentcomplete. This is now back and working as intended.
• Potions, Splash Potions, Lingering Potions, and Tipped arrows weren't registering on the UI when obtained.
• Tipped Arrow: Water renamed to Arrow of Splashing in accordance with its in-game name.
• Oxidized Copper Trapdoor, Cactus Flower, Copper Torch, and all variants of Copper Bars not contributing to world expansion or UI. Adjusted accordingly.
• Fixed issue with chat not displaying the correct maximum number of unique expansions. Chat maximum now matches the total of the scoreboard categories.

Added:

• Chat now displays the unique achievement you've completed when a border expansion is triggered.
• Beds and respawn anchors now take priority over the world spawn
• /function bordercraft:reloadui which will fix any issues with potions and tipped arrows not being marked as obtained in the UI, as well as issues with items that were originally not registering a border expansion.
• Expanded the /function bordercraft:reloadborder to reload the overworld and end in addition to the nether to update the border size based on the number of achievement completed in the UI.

Removed:

• Filler items "Ad", "Enchanted Book", "Potion", "Splash Potion", "Lingering Potion", and "Tipped Arrow", all with no specific traits that were impossible to get in survival. Chat and scoreboard maximums adjusted accordingly. 
• Potion, splash potion, lingering potion, and tipped arrow of "Luck" as there are impossible to obtain in survival. UI, scoreboard, and chat maximums adjusted accordingly.
• Nautilus, Zombie Nautilus, Parched, and Camel Husk spawn eggs no longer contribute to border expansions and were removed from the UI. Chat and scoreboard maximums adjusted accordingly.
