Big Globe - BetterEnd Compat

A compatibility pack that allows betterend biomes and structures to generate in the big globe world type. This was my first ever datapack that actually went into terrain generation and biome implementation, so don't expect it to be perfect. This pack was built and tested on neoforge 1.21.1 with big globe version 5.3 and the neoforge version of betterend. I used sinytra connector to get big globe to work on neoforge.
