Better Crafting Recipes

Adds various crafting recipes that I think deserve to be in the game.

Includes recipes for bulk crafting:
buckets from iron blocks
bowls from logs
compass from iron blocks and a redstone block
chains from iron ingots and blocks
composters from logs
lightning rods from copper blocks
doors from logs/blocks
trapdoors from logs/blocks
pressure plates from logs/blocks
stairs from logs
slabs from logs
boats from logs
chests from logs
sticks from logs
ladders from logs

Also adds single-craft shortcuts for things that normally take multiple steps:
trapped chest from a tripwire hook and 8 planks
minecart variants from the base item plus iron (eg a hopper minecart from a hopper and 5 iron)
chest boats from a chest and 5 planks

Plus a few misc shapeless recipes like shulker boxes, bread (also craftable from hay bales), magma cream and eyes of ender from rods, dispensers, and more.

And a few other misc things like beacons and end crystals using any type of glass, and a repeater using sticks and redstone dust instead of torches.
